GCSE Drama Exam
Published: Fri 13 February 2026On the 4th/5th February the year 11 Drama students completed their final performance exam for their GCSE course.
They performed a variety of texts from the ruthless Medea to the comical waitresses in Shakers, the king of Thebes in Antigone to the fraught relationships in School Girls (The African “Mean Girls” play). The students’ performances were a credit to the hard work they put in over the rehearsal period, and the Drama department is incredibly proud of them.
Students performed to a visiting examiner who complemented them on the way they supported each other in the delivery of their performances.
