Easter Revision Course

During the recent Easter holidays, our school took ten Year 11 students – each aspiring to achieve grade 9s in Maths and English – on a three-day residential to City of London Academy Freemen’s School. They were joined by students from three other schools within our trust, bringing the total to 40 participants.

Throughout the residential, students engaged in a series of rigorous and targeted intervention sessions in both Maths and English. These sessions were designed to challenge and stretch their thinking, helping them refine key skills and build confidence ahead of their upcoming examinations.

Beyond the classroom, students also made excellent use of the school’s impressive grounds and facilities during their downtime, enjoying opportunities to relax and recharge between sessions.

We were particularly proud of how our students conducted themselves over the three days. Their effort, focus, and positive attitude were commendable throughout, and they represented the school exceptionally well.

We look forward to seeing the impact of this experience reflected in their upcoming exams and are confident that they will continue to strive for excellence.
