Work Experience

COLAI is pleased to offer year 10 and Year 12 a supported opportunity to experience a week’s work placement. The programme is an important part of the school curriculum as students benefit from increased motivation and a better understanding of the world of work.

Having a good quality work experience placement allows students a chance to explore work environments related to the subject areas they study and to explore different career options, these experiences can also be used for both future college, UCAS and Apprenticeship applications and can be also be a key experience when students compile CV’s and apply for part time work.
