All applicants are required to complete an application form (
Click here for the form) and deliver it to the Academy by the stated deadline. The deadline is given in the application form. Late applicants will be considered, but applicants who apply before the deadline will be given priority.
The Academy will consider all applications for places, provided the eligibility criteria is met.
Students with Special Educational Needs
The Academy reserves the right to admit students with Statements of Special Educational Needs, where the City of London Academy, Islington is appropriately named in the SEN Statement.
Who may be Excluded from Applying?
The Academy may refuse admission to applicants who have been excluded from two or more other schools. The ability to refuse admissions runs for a period of two years from the last exclusion.
